tech: Canon EOS 500D - First Look
If you’ve been wondering what I’ve been up to in the few weeks that have passed since the last update to ChannelFlip Tech, then this is at least part of the answer.
I’ve spent a good deal of time fiddling with two cameras - the Canon EOS 500D which you can see here, and the SX 200 which you’ll see in a little bit.
Now this isn’t a review of the product because I really haven’t had enough time to come to a proper conclusion, or to compare it fully against its competitors - we just had a 5D Mk2 land in the office and I’m still trying to get hold of the equivalent Nikon.
It’s also not a review because we’ve been asked to take a look at these cameras by Warehouse Express, and we have a rigorous editorial integrity to uphold here at ChannelFlip.
