film: Tin Man
The Wizard of Oz is one of the most loved film franchises in history.
Surely you’d be mad to try and improve it.
Well last year, the Sci Fi channel announced they were going to ‘re-work’ the classic story.
The result? Tin Man. Part sci-fi. Part fantasy.
Did the gamble pay off or is this just an incredibly expensive - and daft - folly?

I actually enjoyed the presentation when it hit SciFi here in the States. I’ve been looking to rent the DVD to see if there are any goodies I missed on the broadcast release.
Not bad, but not Baum either. Lots of fun and great actors.
