tech: IDF Wrap-up
So the final video that we shot out at the Intel Developer Forum is now up on the site, and I wanted to take a minute to just pull together all the content we shot and a few thoughts on the event.

Intel is great a putting on a show of this stuff, and this IDF didn’t disappoint. Obviously the highlight of the show was Nehalem, which looks like it could be a great new component for gaming PCs.
There was a lot of stuff we didn’t even have time to cover, including new notebook platforms and Larrabee, Intel’s upcoming graphics chip. But all in all, there was plenty of great stuff to be had.
On a personal level, the Maker Faire was a spectacular event which really celebrated technology - and although most of the kit didn’t have any Intel Inside, it showed that the company is really committed to the passion of technology as much as the commercial products.
