tech: Intel MIDs
MID stands for Mobile Internet Device, and there were plenty of them on display at IDF in San Francisco.
These latest models are powered by the Intel Atom processor, which is high-performance in a relatively small package.
But can these MIDs truly deliver a decent user experience? I go hands on to find out.
Were any of these running Ubuntu MID Edition? Pretty upsetting to hear that it’s lame considering the effort that has gone in to it.
