Today’s video on ChannelFlip Film is dedicated to the rotund, the roly-poly, the ravishingly round - the top 10 big-screen Hollywood fatties of all time.

Proving that you don’t have to look like Brad Pitt to get ahead in showbusiness, these fellas have all distinguished themselves amongst the Hollywood elite whilst looking more like an advert for Weight Watchers.

I can utterly sympathise - being a man who enjoys a sandwich or five myself.

So here’s to them, standing up for the average guy, proving that there’s life after lunch! Enjoy the show.

Philip Seymour Hoffman, though a great actor, I don’t feel is fat enough to be deserved of number one. In most of your photos of him he has a legible jawline / neck =D

It’s a damn shame James Gandolfini hasn’t done more films and that he’s been confined to telly as he’s surely one of the best fatty actors about. Kevin Smith is possibly worth a mention as well, though that rather depends on how you feel about his films.

I was expecting to see Bob Hoskins on the list and I totally forgot Welles. He should have been on the list for sure!!!
