Ok, two things.
One : http://www.teagames.com/games/tgmotocross3/play.php
It is one of my all time favourite flash games, the first one is brilliant as well, but the second is a bit too easy. It’s a 2D motocross game and it is fiendishly brain meltingly addictive. Very challenging as well. Shades of Action SuperCross in there, but a bit more real world based.
Two :
Whats with the unexpected and rather startling appearance of Stephen Fry at the end? I assume some sort of ad?

The only flash game I’m still playing years after finding it is Curveball;

BTW Stephen Fry=Greatest living Englishman imo

Yeah, Curveball is a great one. I’ve wasted many office hours on that and Desktop Tower Defense. I also loved the flash version of Portal. It kept me entertained until I could get home to play the real deal. Now if I could just get a flash version of Crysis…

Try http://www.kongregate.com/

It has all the games that you have mentioned and you get badges when you complete the harder level. It builds on top these very fun games.

Might try out some of these games (based on the ioquake3.org engine):

Well done on a gaming review show that is accessible to non gamers (or old noobs like me). Liked your views on the flash games.

Will you be covering MMRPG in the future? As LOTRO and City of Heroes are my poison atm.

BTW Stephen Fry=FRAK you got some awesome people advertising on site. Get Wil to get Mr Laporte on and it would be geek paradise!

Thanks for the links guys! That motocross one looks very cool Schmung, pretty damn tricky to get the hang of too, but I have a 3 hour bus ride tonight so that should keep me occupied! That and Bloons. I think I got stuck somewhere around level 45 on my last computer. Ice Cave was insane - those bouncy bricks drive me nuts.

Yes, the appearance of Stephen Fry (an awesome guy and one of my childhood heroes) is an ad. The show QI has a book and dvd out which are pretty damn good actually - click the banners for more info.

Darryl - thanks for the feedback :) The main focus of the show is reviewing new games and MMRPGs are difficult to comment on when they are brand new and the community/your character hasn’t had a chance to develop. They’re also pretty damn big! That said, when new stuff comes out I will try to at least make comment on the system (check out Ep 15, Hellgate London). However, I love RPGs and like to occasionally break from the standard review mode of the show (like with the flash games round up) so I will have a good think about how best to do a show on either a specific game or about the genre. Thanks for putting the idea in my head :)

“…to get decorative planters and shit.” I love that. Keep up the good work Katharine, another good show. I was actually thinking of buying Mario Party for a single-cart multi-player game. I now know better and will save that money for something else.
